I can see where you're coming from but i have used

DMSO regularly at 50 percent concentration in my ears

and have had no problem whatsover. If you were overly

sensitive to DMSO, then it could cause the skin/mucosa

to dry out and slough off but I really don't feel that

it causes anything like a burn with damaged tissue and

resultant scar tissue. Burning is an oxidation of the

tissues whereas DMSO is an antioxidant.

hi i once had noise in my right ear. saw a doctor he looked ,saw and did nothing. i searched myself and read that insect in ears can be kiilled wiith chloroform.

then i tought what if the noise is insect. i have no chloroform but i have ether actually starting fluid for motors that dont want to start at -40F. i put ether on Q Tip

put that in my ear for 20 sec and never heard that irritating noise again. sorry for broken english. hope that helps somebody

Hello again. My problem still remains the same after almost 3 months.I've been treating the "fungus possibility" with oral Pau D'Arco,Propolis, Aloe Vera and an "anti-candida diet". I don't show any signof progress. Hi newbie here....I too experience burning of DMSO topically on my skin on my neck area.
