Never heard of it being used for this but it is good for any type of inflammation so it might help. But might take prolonged use . . . let us know if you try it. I would use Emu Oil before and after treating it with DMSO to prevent drying and because EO is also antinflammatory -- proven in standard lab models. > Also, I have a lot of painful trigger points in my neck and hips... You may want to consult with someone experienced with DMSO. www.dmso ..org has a reference to Dr 's protege in clincial DMSO use. Dr 's no longer sees patients but you could also try contacting him through his web site www. jacoblab .com . Also you could look into the use of radio and magnetic waves generated by powered Tesla Coils. I use the radio version on sore muscles, arthritis and injuries with fabulous results. I treated my knees four times and almost never have any pain at all even when on my feet standing on concrete at a dog show for four days in a row. My whole body aches at the end of a long show but my knees almost never hurt any more, except for maybe an occasional twinge if I twist or over work myself. This alone was worth the purchase price. Here is a list that discusses both the powered coils, with instructions on how to build them and unpowered copper coils that are very cheap to make and fairly easy to use. They are definitely worth a try since they are so cheap. DaddyBob owns the list and is very familiar with the AC powered coil, built his own. He also uses the unpowered coils which are just 10 or 12 gauge copper wire available most anywhere. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Crock_Lakhovsky Garnet
