Guest guest
I am now keeping a training diary via another webpage group. It is at Spinal-Fitness-Athletic-Trainingyahoogroups (DOT) It details the athletes that are involved, all detailed information, including testing times prior to their training, the type of exercises they are involved in, and the equipment that is used. It will have bi- monthly posts by the athletes, coaches, and parents as to their impressions of the program, and will allow members to ask them specific questions, which the athletes, parents, or coaches will respond to. I have posted the initial numbers in regards to their vertical jump, sit & reach, and 40 yrd. dash times. These numbers can be verified by their head coach, who was also present during the testing. You can also contact the head coach of these players via the links that are available. I have now begun working as the Director of Player Development for the Athletic Spinal Fitness Institute. I have two goals with this training. I want to verify to everyone that this system does work, and the second is to maximize these athletes potential and reduce their pre-disposition for injuires. If anyone has questions, feel free to contact me. Yours in health, J. Forbes OrthoPro@... Tualatin, OR Cell:
