You're welcome too! I guess that's what the list is all about! I think you'll

be really happy with the other basic live tapes. BL2 and 3 are my favorites and

give you a great workout in 30 minutes. The variety of workouts really helps me

to keep going. Another idea is sometimes I use the studio advanced tape and

only do the aerobic portion or only the floor portion. It breaks the tape down

into more managable amounts of time if you're in a hurry. Just a thought for

you!

doing that just like them! " . Her cheering threw me completly off

because I started laughing and crying at the same time because of her

reaction. Since then she has calmed herself down so we can finish our

work outs..but I'll never forget that..lol. My husband took karate in

college, so she was used to seeing him kick. I just wish I could get

her to do Tae-Bo...I'm still working on that.
