Outstanding analyses! I'm up to my elbows right now, but I do want to address

that case! As soon as I can do so, I'll jump into the fray.

By the way, should the Admin Section, perhaps, prepare a publication to be read

by Jan, concerning our view of the role of the PT Department and its

professionals? I KNOW that it isn't covered in Health Care Admin masters

programs -- nor medical school, from what I've seen. Hospitals seem to revolve

around administrators, doctors, board members, regulators, and insurors.

If the local PT manager tells them the appropriate role of the department, they

may minimize him or her. I recall reading, " No prophet is without honor, save

in his own country! "
