Crystal,I'm sorry I haven't called yet; I've been swamped. i will try to call you tomorrow.Based on what you've written it sounds like they are denying FAPE and discriminating against your child. You might want to put in a call to the office of civil rights. A district cannot say they don't have the resources. They are bound by federal law to appropriately meet your child's unique needs. A friend of mine called the office of civil rights and filed a complaint with them on behalf of her son and she said it got better results than filing a complaint with TEA.
