And I really liked the idea about the island of food idea. Yes smaller portions on a smaller plate does work real good. I use to do that when I was on " Weight Watchers " years ago. I need to dish up my own portions at night, when my husband has made dinner he always tends to give me way to much food. He eats more of course, but when we sit down to dinner at night. I need to try to remember that I need to be in control of my desitney when it comes to my own diet. I'm again looking forward to things I can learn from each and everyone of you. Perhaps things I've know, our used in the past. But have forgotten about. Maybe we all can help each other. Oh a P.S. my husband and I got to the YMCA two days ago. They called us this morining, We are now new members on there scholorship program. (Were on a fixed income) so we will be going in for water exercise. I'm going to try real hard to get in at least 3 times a week. I was not very disciplined last time we were members. But this time I'm going to try much harder, by the grace of God.
