Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone else has a problem keeping their feet on the floor while sitting? I can put them on the floor while sitting , but before I know it I either have my legs crossed or curled up underneath me. I just cannot keep them that way for some reason. Even though I will get more uncomfortable most of the time from doing this, I cannot just sit normal. We travel 3 hours each way every two weeks and even in the car I will have to keep my feet curled up underneath me. This will create a lot of pain in my back, hips, legs and knees by the end of the trip, but I cannot seem to quit no matter how hard I try. Just wondering if anyone else does this or has any idea why I might do this? Also any ideas on how to quit doing it? I have ACM1 with a complete blockage CSF posteriorly and SM throughout most of my spine, although it is only 3mm wide in a few places and very thin everywhere else. Could that be causing something like that? Or does it sound like something else? It's just kind of a strange thing for my to ask my PCP and maybe nothing to worry about. But I thought I would give it a shot here since we can all get some pretty weird things going on with us. Thank so much for any input or ideas. God bless and take care.
