Below is my instructions. Apparently, there is more than one medical secretary, not just Melin. You need to call TCI and ask for your specific medical secretary and then tell him/her that you would like to apply for a room @ VH. The rest of the instructions still apply. Sorry, --------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't know if anyone has answered your question. You just call Melin (medical secretary) and tell her you need a room at the VH. She will submit all the paperwork for it. Then 48 hours before you depart, you call Sharon @ . You should also call Denis, who is the caretaker @ . That's it. It's such a nice haven from a hotel. There is a $25 fee. It is no longer free due to increased costs of maintenance. You check in with Denis first. He goes over all the house rules, paperwork, and a tour. Then, you go to the cashier's office of the hospital and pay for your room. Simple.
