Guest guest
Hi I seem to have impingement in my shoulders due to using dips. The pain seems to have suddenly got worse in my left shoulder; it hurts with any movement and there is definitely inflammation there, in particular if I simulate combing my hair there is a very sharp pain. Also there is a rubbing sound when I role my shoulders with arms straight out. I recently had 3 weeks off training but still the pain has increased, there may however be a link to doing tricep pushdowns [As I wanted to work triceps but couldn't dip] on my come back workout a week ago. I am thinking of seeing a physio but thought iIwould first see if any one could let me know if a physio could do much for me. Thanks Greenland Sussex UK > , > > Sounds like a classic case of impingement to me. Dips give me it > too. In my case its an inflammation of the subscapularis and yours sounds > similar.
