Guest guest
Hi, Yesenia, Sally in Little Rock here. Try fish oil, 3x per day, 1000 mg ea-You can get them cheap at Wal Mart and it really seems to help keep the hair in. I'm taking it twice a day-had cut down to one fish oil and one flax oil and was losing lots of hair, so I cut the flax and am doing the f.oil again and it is helping. Like , I'm taking low dose steroids, along with the AP and have been since Jan '05. Could be another reason the hair was falling out so much. However, I have tons of hair, so it was more aggravating than worrisome. But I would hate to worry about going bald on top of trying to stay out of pain. Also, I personally would not spend any more money than necessary on Vitamins-health food stores just have a higher mark-up, IN MY OPINION:)! Good luck, Yesenia!
