Guest guest
a, I've made a cranberry beverage by blending cranberries, whey and a little honey and letting it ferment for a few days. That was very good. I have some whole cranberries that I just started tonight. I imagine they'll turn out well, but I'll let you know. I make a raw cranberry relish that's really yummy. I start with a base of about a cup of soaked apricots and soak water, 1/2 c. honey, juice from an orange, and 4-6 apples and add cranberries until I reach the flavor I'm after.. about 4-6 cups. It makes a sweet-tart sauce with a smoothe texture (thanks to the apricots).
