Thank you for your kind

thoughts and suggestions, Sandy.

It is indeed much easier for the various doctors and health gurus to

recommend going "all organic" than it is to actually pull it off.

Between the extra cost, preparation effort, and shorter shelf life, it

is burdensome for a healthy person to prepare healthy meals, much less

a desperately ill person. We are fortunate to be located close to some

good organic food sources (not just your token effort at the corner

grocery, which generally isn't worth bothering with) and can afford it

.... in fact there is an outfit here called Boxed Greens that will

deliver fresh organic fruits and veggies to your door weekly. But not

everyone can do that. You just have to do the best you can. And even

in our case, sometimes the stuff just spoils as there is no time or

energy to clean / pare / boil / whatever ... after awhile your life is

consumed by food preparation, pills, and shots, and that becomes

unhealthy in its own right.

I have a good friend that is a universal reactor.

She is better than when I first met her about 15 years ago.

She went to the clinic in TX. I could not wear any make up around her

and she could not eat very many foods.

I would borrow books she had and I read Dr Sherry Tired or Toxic.

My reading is not the best and I have a hard time understandint but

after I read that book I thought chemicals must be what made me feel so

bad.

This was before internet and after some long hard thinking I went to

see Dr . It was a big waste of money for me. Her books are good

and there is always some very healthy things to learn.

I did so much after reading her book thinking that my symptoms must be

cause from a chemical.

I tried to sweat as much as I could I would put on a plastic rain cape

and go sit in the attic so I could sweat out toxins.

I would not let people in the house with any thing that I could smell.

I did all the organic food and filtered water.

All that life style change was helpful but it was so hard to eat

organic all the time and we grew a garden and did it all organic.

That took every bit of energy I had. After a while I just gave up.

About 10 years later I find out I had lyme dx.

I guess you are familar with the Dr in TX.

He has a enviromental clinic.

If you have any trouble with flying on a comercial aircraft you can do

Angel Flight and it does not cost.

It is one of the most wonderful volunter things I have seen.

Has your wife been tested for allergys? If not maybe that would help

her.

I am sorry you both have to go through this.
