Guest guest
I'm wondering what happened to those statements...make sure they're not destroyed -- although you would have "proof" if the kids are questioned separately in the absense of any written statements. Did you take photos of any bruises; did he go to a doctor? That would be some pretty powerful documentation, IMO. e From: mum592001 <itcanfieldgmail (DOT) com>Subject: [Texas-Autism- Advocacy] Re: The teacher threw my son against the wall: updateTo: Texas-Autism- Advocacy@ yahoogroups. comDate: Monday, April 27, 2009, 5:27 PM >> This process will probably take us through the end of school, which is frustrating, but I am prepared to wait as long as it takes.> > Once again,> Thanks everyone!!> > in Cedar ParkKUDDOS!You are fighting for justice! Wishing you and your son well, where he deserves to be respected. Look forward reading updates. Just make sure to get everything in writing from anyone involve, because the school district's can always take action to protect themselves once instructed, stories can change where nothing happen. As most of the time some of the school attorney's will twist the story.Hopefully this will get resolve soon for your son's sake. The coach does need anger management alright, it seems like it is really getting out of control.
