I am just starting on a therapy. the biological dentist suggests to wear my

plastic bite guard ALL THE TIME day and night except when eating. she says

this will help drain my problem sinuses.

(note you must wear a properly molded and fitted bite guard, not some random

plastic thing. )

my bite guard is some kind of less toxic plastic and only cost 75 dollars.

at first I could not wear it at night and flung it across the room in my

sleep! but then got used to it eventually.

when a prior dentist removed my mercury fillings and then put in some

special kind of non mercury fillings that are not flat but u shaped, he also

messed up my bite, which used to be fine. now it is an over bite, or too

deep.

the new dr is trying to raise my bite back up to normal position, help drain

my sinuses too, and also suggests cranial sacral to help this.

she wants to then do something like add on to my teeth/bite to make my bite

permanently stay taller/wider??????? this done only after 4 months of the

bite guard wearing so the body is used to the position. she is only trying

to get me back to normal position, not extra wide.

also a comment that the bad u shaped non mercury fillings (not flat) make

it difficult to chew some things correctly especially grinding greens.
