Guest guest
There was a discussion maybe 6 or 10 months ago, with a link to a long treatment of the subject by some interested medical kinda person. Luckily, the search function on has recently been brought into the information age. It used to be extremely time consuming to use. > > does anyone have info on UV blood therapy? > this done mostly in europe , now has afew alternative docs in US trying it. > > they take the blood out? and expose it to UV light which kills infections? > > I'm not sure how they take it out but maybe it comes out and then goes right > back in. > amy >
Guest guest
My doctor's got the very expensive version of the equipment (from Germany, where it's used extensively) and he's having considerable success with it, especially in heart patients. He says the results don't seem so great for his lyme patients. penny amy poet <amydent9@...> wrote: does anyone have info on UV blood therapy?this done mostly in europe , now has afew alternative docs in US trying it.they take the blood out? and expose it to UV light which kills infections?I'm not sure how they take it out but maybe it comes out and then goes right back in.amy__________________________________________________________Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger! It has helped enormously with recurrent Cellulitis and allergic Rhinitis but not with Candida. It is expensive but I recommend it.
Guest guest
sounds dangerous to me, radiation can kill bacteria and change blood cells. sometimes causing cancer and cell death. not a good idea. jimd --- mary@... wrote: > On Sun, 13 Aug 2006 19:54:43 +0000, you wrote: > > >does anyone have info on UV blood therapy? > >this done mostly in europe , now has afew > alternative docs in US trying it. > > > >they take the blood out? and expose it to UV light > which kills infections? > > > >I'm not sure how they take it out but maybe it > comes out and then goes right > >back in. > >amy > > > I have had it here in Manchester from a South > African doctor. I know sunlight can cause skin problems but the skin isn't exposed to the UV light. It's all shielded. The process has been used for decades. The only reason it went out a favour is that the drug companies aren't making any money out of it. It works very well. In my case the Cellulitis was resistant to antibiotics but UV blood irradiation cured it. >--- mary@... wrote: > >> On Sun, 13 Aug 2006 19:54:43 +0000, you wrote: >> >> >does anyone have info on UV blood therapy? >> >this done mostly in europe , now has afew >> alternative docs in US trying it. >> > >> >they take the blood out? and expose it to UV light >> which kills infections? >> > >> >I'm not sure how they take it out but maybe it >> comes out and then goes right >> >back in. >> >amy >> > >> I have had it here in Manchester from a South >> African doctor. Guest guest
Girl!! You are a breath of fresh air to be told you have cellulitis (possably around your fascial bones).. If I ever used this word I would get thrown off forums. Did you ever get any cultures done to track down and get the correct treatm, ent of your organisms. > > >does anyone have info on UV blood therapy? > >this done mostly in europe , now has afew alternative docs in US trying it. > > > >they take the blood out? and expose it to UV light which kills infections? > > > >I'm not sure how they take it out but maybe it comes out and then goes right > >back in. > >amy > > > I have had it here in Manchester from a South African doctor. Guest guest
One more time, I say again that UVradiation can break the DNA in cells, and can cause cancer. it may kill more than the bacteria. jimd --- dumbaussie2000 <dumbaussie2000@...> wrote: > > Well explained....My cellulitis WAS RESISTANT TO > ANTIBIOTICS.. > People open new forums due to there bad response to > antibiotiocs, > which didn't he;lp, or made them worse, you > explained it nicely --- > RESISTANT!!!!!! Recurrent Cellulitis can be a killer. UV blood irradiation was worth the risk.
Guest guest
Was that post orbital cellulitis you were diagnosed with? Around the face head region? tony > > >One more time, I say again that UVradiation can break > >the DNA in cells, and can cause cancer. it may kill > >more than the bacteria. jimd > > We know what you are saying and it's true to some extent but UV blood > irradiation cured my serious, recurrent Cellulitis problem which other > treatments had failed to touch.
