Guest guest
Tony, Thanks for all the helpful information on infections. After many years of being so sick with mostly sleepiness that is more sevier than words can describe, and flu like achyness, I have several different infections. The first things that I was tested for were the usual CFIDS virus type of things. Then the mycoplasma, more EBV, Cytomaglavirus, HH6 all that stuff. Then two years ago a positive western blot for lyme. If I am understanding you correctly you think most of this stems from some sort of staph infection? Like the nasal cultures. If we find that there are all these different infections that our bodies are trying to deal with how do you know which one to try and treat? And are you saying that people should be tested for antibiotics and see which one they need? I have seen some of your messages and if I am understanding some things you mention do you think hypercogulation plays a part in this? My MD did some tests from HEMEX and I have used heparin. You have also said something about red cell lysis or something like that. What does that mean? How do we deal with the dehydration you mention? Is just drinking water all to do? Around our house we drink more water than most people. I have had low ferritin results 8 lab normal was 11-200 I took some iron then it went up to 12. I did see in a book that people that were fighting a bacteria should not use iron. Does that make sense? I have to take a stimulant to stay awake. I don't have narcoplsey but do feel brain dead and so sleepy without it. If I am awake this late it is because I took something to late. Sometimes these stimulants do not help. Pain is much worse than in the beginning of this. The neck and should pain was dx at first bursitis then tendonitis. Way back when it started I didn't feel bad all over or tired. I use to show horses and could not get enough of the barn or them. Now I just don't know if there is any hope that things will ever be better. After being treated for the lyme and talking several of those different antibiotics didn't help much. I feel like any hope is leaving. Do you think mercury plays any part in this? I only have three amalgams. I don't know if you remember a post last week but I was a dental assistant for two years. Do you feel that vaccinations make people sick? Do these pathogens make our body temperature go down? Tests for thyroid low normal and cytomel didn't help. I sure hope you don't mind questions. Thanks, sandy
