Guest guest
I have shoulder neck upper spine things loike some of you mention , mine I think is infectious arthritis, but also has been called fibromyalgia , violinist injury, and cervical degeneration, and cervical myofascia. it is hard to turn head when driving like someone mentioned. but one shoulder socket is particularly not comfortable in any position. it also feels hard to hold up head, or tuck chin where it belongs. I tried swimming, using a two sided breathing crawl stroke., thinking symmetry would be good. oohhh it was bad. it caused more problems on the problem side chsouldr and neck.,just from 15 minutes swim. today I tried yoga, leaving out the problem exercises I nkow would tweak me more. but some I did use the shoulder area, now waiting to see tomorrow if in pain or not. has anyone tried yoga? the best things so far has been PT exercises in hot tub and warm water therapy pool classes, although these do not really adress the neck. amy _________________________________________________________________ Don’t just search.
