I only ask because somewhere I had stumbled across an article that did talk about how yes, vitamin C does help the bowels, but there was also a level of "just right". I can't remember but I think it was a study on rats, and they found that passing that just right-amount and going higher, resulted in constipation again! So it's important that people adjust to find out if they need more or less, or it may not help at all. Wdeputy465@... wrote: My son is very limited too.
