Guest guest
For those whose kids will eat them, try having them eat some mandarin's or satsuma's (both look like mini oranges) daily. I can't figure out if it is these, or the celery, that benefits my dd more. I am leaning towards the mandarin/satsuma's, but celery certainly works for my husband. So I'm just tossing that out there as one more idea to try. I definitely notice that if we skip either of these things, the stool gets lumpy and hard again. We do have to keep up the other things like oxypowder, small amount of epsom salt, half a fiber choice chewable. W
