Guest guest
Dear Liz, I try to give both sides of the argument re: pork--the studies indicated that it caused pathogenic changes in the blood, but many cultures thrive on it. And as many religions proscribe pork (and my co-author is Jewish) I did not include pork recipes. but many of the lamb and beef recipes can be used for pork.
