Guest guest
These people vastly disagree with Nikaidos assertion that tetracycline equilibrates into bacterial cells in a few seconds. They say 35 minutes. Aint science grand. Such a diversity of viewpoints. Theres also citations for some middle-aged papers on concnetration of tetracyclines in bacterial cells, apparantly pH-dependently. http://content.febsjournal.org/cgi/reprint/267/2/527.pdf
