Check out a company called: U.S.Physical Therapy.

They are based in Texas (Houston I think) and they assist therapists in

opening up private clinics. The down side is that they are a majority

partner and you end up owning 35% of the company. The up side is that

they do your billing, accounts receivable, start-up capitol, purchasing

agreements, etc.
