I have about 300 people who have used the WNGs, and estimate about 20

of these returned the devices during the 30 day trial period as

unhelpful.....many times I feel this has been due to a young person,

say late teens or 20s, whose parents insist on the therapy option and

the wear-er is not the one reaching out for help. In those cases, I

think there is a much high return rate, which is rational, to me.
