what can a ID doc use for tests/brain barrier

can the ID docs use any blood tests besides Lyme? or are they only using ENT

culture results?

what about the spinal fluid lyme test? does that hurt like hell? any other

way to prove it>?

trying to prove infections passed blood brain barrior and now in brain.
