I am on nizoral nasal spray and the dieoff is huge and this after 1 year on a very low dose.is there anything to help wiht this dieoff? it is making my so called fibromyalgia muscle pains worse. I conclude that it is really infectious arthritis. and hope the fact that its getting worse is just a temporary die off effect. are you doing the special diets?
