Distilled water is acidic so it may or may not alkalinize your body. I

say may or may not because just because something is acidic does not

mean it will acidify your body. Apple Cider Vinegar is an acid yet the

effect it has is alkalizing.

Google Alkalinizing Foods for more information on what food will help

alkalinize your body. You can alkalinize with just your diet, it is not

necessary to use alkalinizing water unless you just want to as an added

bonus. Also keep stress low as cortisol is acidifying in many ways since

it affects so many of the body processes. Siberian Ginseng helps with

adrenal stress, is an adaptogen and is not over stimulating like " true "

gensing such as the Chinese use -- different species altogether.

Distilled water has no minerals in it, but then we do not absorb

minerals well from water any way so water is not a good source of

minerals. I do like the taste of electrolyte added waters though,

electrolytes are minerals, which are metals BTW. The minerals present in

some water are in a mostly unabsorbable form, metallic as when you dig

them from the Earth. The most absorbable forms are in your food where

they are in an naturally occurring balance with other minerals that can

affect bioavailability, absorption and utilization. Silicon comes to

mind, since it is needed for Magnesium and Calcium to absorb well and to

be used well in the body.

Dear Group; One thing I noticed when I tried the clustered water, was that it helped me absorb my vitamin pills. Normally after taking my vitamins, my urine would be yellow, but with the clustered water, there would be practically no color change. I brand I tried was Vivo clustered water, they used to have it at the grocery store in Tulsa, OK, where I live. I don't know anything about the pH though. According to some, they say the Willard water has a pH of like 9.5 because of the minerals. The willard water at Swanson vitamin is very cheap. It's worth a shot, if you want to increase your pH. Sincerely; Blake
