Thanks , excellent suggestion

sort of like a coleslaw without the cabbage

cabbage is okay but I rarely buy it, i know I should eat more cabbage

but i find it has it's limitations in terms of taste, most of the

cabbage is hard and like rubber so I prefer to cook it, which causes

an unusual smell, i know it is loaded with minerals, which is

excellent, but even after cooking to get it soft, the vitamin

content is degraded to the point it's almost not worth eating.

signed - not a cabbage fan that much

> Bill,

> If you get the whole broccoli (cheaper) and eat the tops as you

have been doing, you can grate the stems along with some grated

carrots, add dressing of your choice and have a nutritious, low cost,

delicious salad.
