I always wondered and asked myselft why me? Many people, know many friends, who took SSRI and came off with no issues. I had Drs, telling me case after cases with no issues after coming off these medication. So, I set a poll and I wanted to share my un-scientific result.

Only 13% said, they had no problem with the drugs on the list. Rest had tried drugs which gave them surprisingly sensitive results. All drugs need CYP 2D6 Pathways to eliminate and break down the drug. So, what would happen if some one who is sensitive take these drugs. Well the amount of the drugs, in my case paxil, goes up and up and very little get breakdown. And eventually may get to a point of overdose.

I read somewhere, people have reported overdose brain damage to SSRI at very high dosage. Could this be the root cause, and if it, how would you repair. Has anybody have experience or heard of method used for repair brain from other drugs overdose, like extacy, cocain ... ? I know these drugs are illigal and perhaps proven to cause brain damage over time or at high dosage. But perhaps, there is a similarity between the two type of drugs.
