Guest guest
Not that easy. I myself am not a McD fan and all the time my kids were growing up we raised our own rabbits and chickens and turkeys....We fished...My kids never ate store bought jam and rarely store bought bread....We gleaned fields and I canned...we picked fruit and I canned...but then I had to go to work.....There is only so much one person can do. So food came to be whatever was easy. Until they left home they still got good meals but they had store food....store canned....store raised.(well you get the picture). And I see how someone who has worked all day would opt out to buying a quick prepared meal versus coming home and trying to fix one for everyone. Even when they know better. Guest guest
even think about eating at a fast food restaurant? That is the problem with most overweight people they have no willpower and no common sense. It's crazy to say you are so addicted to food that you have to get in your car, drive to Mc D's, order and pay for your meal all the while knowing what your doing is wrong! That shows a total lack of self control and is just plain silly. To blame the fast food chain's is like blaming tobacco companies for making you smoke. Eating well is really not that hard it's only as hard as you make it. Berry
Guest guest
Sorry...I got a little hot when I read your letter. It is easy to judge when you are not overweight. I really get upset with someone who presumes to judge others. Besides, let me see...I just worked an 8 hour day...I have 3 teenagers at home...one has a football game tonight...another has a dance....the third has something else...my husband has a late meeting....and I have a conference in an hour and a half....what am I going to do? Go to the store..buy stuff for dinner, go home and try to cook a balanced meal, throw it on the table, run back out the door and hope SOMEONE eats it....it sure won't be me....or grab some hamburgers and fries, all sit down quickly together, and then go on about our schedule. Gee wonder what I will choose! Sure I know better...sure it is a cop out....but it is reality. And I know plenty of people with weight problems who do NOT eat that way. -- In thefatmanwalking_group , " berrybomberrun " <berrybomberrun@y...> wrote: > > even think about eating at a fast food restaurant?
