OT sort of - which water to use

hi -

dr oz did a program here that said about those water coolers - look for a

triangle on the top of the plastic bottled water and if it has a number 7 in it

don't use it. so of course mine does...

i mentioned it to my kineseologit this morning and i do have bpa or whatever

it's called building up in my system.

so... changes for me again...

should i get a reverse osmosis for the sink?

or should i get otc distilled water maker?

any ideas are welcomed and please include makes and models.

i want something tried and true!
