Guest guest
Hello, I have a plan where you can either see specialists by getting a referral from a primary care dr. ($10 per visit) or you can see anyone you want out of the network (they pay 70% of reasonable/customary). Has anyone ever had a primary care doctor tell them that a lot dr's in the network don't want to operate because they don't get reimbursed enough? I've had a situation where 3 dr's in the network didn't want to operate and 1 dr. I saw out-of-network did. Am I being a bit paranoid here or is this a valid concern?
