Guest guest
Dear Friends, I can truly say that my decompression surgery with Dr. Bolognese and Dr. Milhorat was very easy. I had a failed decompression performed by another surgeon and that turned into a miserable situation. So, when the day finally arrived for Dr. Bolognese and Dr. Milhorat to revise the first surgery, I was the happiest person around. I knew they were going to help me. My life until that day had become impossible. I had a non stop headache and I was hearing oceans roaring and whooshing noises constantly. They never stopped because of all the pressure in my head. I could not really do much of anything except hold my head and pray for someone to help me. I had a young child then and I was just useless to him. Other doctors did not even knew where to begin with me but for Dr. Milhorat, I was an easy case. I awoke in the recovery room from Dr. Milhorat's and Dr. Bolognese's revision and I knew immediately that they had already helped me. Even before I was fully awake, I knew that the noises in my ear were improving. I know everyone loves the doctor who helped them and I am no exception. To me, Dr. Milhorat is the greatest person I have ever met. There are not even enough words of praise for Dr. Bolognese. I love them endlessly. A few days after my decompression, Dr. Milhorat came to see me and he said he did the best possible job he could do for me. He is the sweetest man I ever met. When I see Dr. Milhorat, I cry because he put hope back in my life. I had a shunt placed then as well and that scared me more than the decompression. I soon realized that there was nothing to fear. There really is nothing to worry about at all. They are so skilled at these procedures and the team they have in the operating room is so exceptional that you will feel at ease instantly. To me, they are the best in the world. I have not had fusion surgery so I cannot discuss it. But if they ever felt I needed it, I would do it because I know they would do a beautiful job. Good luck and do not worry about this. You will do fine and you will feel so much better. Dana
