Can Erysipelas be misstaken for erythema migrans

Hi

I am trying to look backwords in old journals for traces of how long time

i might have had Lyme disease.

Can Erysipelas be misstaken for erythema migrans.

Or how are they related ?

I had a dx of Erysipelas and Pityriasis Rosea in 1974

A lot of choliform bact. in mouth(normal)

The culture for Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A streptococcus) in serum was 280

(normal <=200)

High fever, swelling, tenderness, redness.

This was in right lower leg I still have trouble with right foot and leg

sweeling and neurological. It's slowly getting better with treatment for

chronic neuroborreliose.
