Guest guest Posted December 5, 1999 Report Share Posted December 5, 1999 Apple Strudel Cheese Pie 16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Blend these ingredients until smooth. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. 4-5 tart apples, peeled, sliced and tossed with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Place apples in a " spiral " fashion on top of cream cheese mix. Then sprinkle with topping. Topping: 5 T. sugar 2 T. flour 2 T. butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Blended coarsly. Bake @ 450* for 10 minutes, reduce temp. to 350* and bake for 30 minutes more or until it is set. Chill before serving. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
