Guest guest
Awhile back l posted on my therapeutic experiences with strong British beer, three pints of which did the trick , & that’s within hours …I the best I could come up with as an explanation was possibly the beer was restoring vit b’s ..Well, I just read an article from the New Scientist on how brewers developed a special type of beer know as India Pale ale [iPA] It was designed to be drinkable after travelling in extremes of temperatures for over a year travelling to India… Basically it’s a powerful brew heavily hopped with a relatively high alcohol level.. Just like the stuff I like to drink ….It turns out that the hops are churning out heaps of chemicals , when boiled they form an isomeric group of compounds called isohumulones also known as iso alpha-acids .The thing is they that exert “bacteriostatic” effects on most gram positive bacteria …Well, Well, back to the gut link So while I’m still open to other suggestions , this rings more true to me than the Vit b theory . Any thoughts … Came across this , lots of good info within ,, the symptoms listed are extensive & spot on Advanced topics in Lyme disease http://www.ilads.org/files/burrascano_0905.pdf -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
