Elaine I caught a virus from a family member, at first I thought it was the norwalk virus so they were at the hospital recently, and would last a few days,it's been a week now and with no interest in eating, other than a half finished breakfast which gets saved for lunch and maybe a ultra light dinner, think I have acquired something that is causing muscle aches and appetite loss also.so weight gain is on hold for another week at least. yes I said weight gain sorry no transit.
