I haven't tried any medications yet. I am taking a 12 hour flight this week and my doctor prescribed my Xanax for anxiety. I hope it also keeps me from wanting to scream about chewing noises! I'm not on anything at the moment, but in the past I've taken fluoxetine (the generic for Prozac) for months at a time to help with a couple of bouts of major depression. The depression was caused by things other than the SSSS, although that was absolutely a contributing factor. The fluoxetine helped my depression profoundly, but didn't do anything to help the SSSS at all. -Mayuri
