Dear, dear Thane - I'm so sorry you were sick when this all went down. We understand. Please take care of yourself, and don't worry.

Lyme_and_Rife will be left in very capable hands, and we can all carry on, where everyone will be free to choose where they'd like to participate. This is the best decision.

- Jane

I want to apologize to everyone for the drama I put you through yesterday and today. I was totally caught off guard when I opened my email box yesterday to find a several people very stressed out about the new group. Niavely I had expected folks to be thrilled with such a great new format.

As I was working on the site for the last two weeks I had planned on bringing it up to the group for discussion before launching it but when I suddenly realized I had finished it I decided right then and there to just launch it without discussion. I was just too excited to begin. And to complicate things yesterday I was herxing like crazy from increasing my garlic dose and I didn't have half a brain to understand what all the fuss was about or how to properly address it. But last night my brain temporarily cleared and I could see the whole situation for what it was and I knew then I had made a big mistake. I realized that despite the many benefits of the new group some would rather stay in the yahoo format. And I could see how me suddenly announcing our moving could be very stressful and viewed as disprespectful. It was a herx induced decision I made and I chose wrong.

Anyway, I know many of you will be happy to know that I have decided to keep this forum open as it has been since its inception and in addition hand the reigns over to our very own JimJax. I will now be able to focus more of my attention on helping folks get settled in on the new forum.

As a moderator of this group I tried to moderate as little as possible. I've been a member of groups where the moderator micro managaged everything and it caused a lot of problems. Jimjax has much the same opinion about this and I think he'll be great to have up front.

Thanks for having me as your moderator. You'll still see me around but i'll be spending most of my time over at the new forum with all the great folks who have joined there.

Thane,

You are a giant of a man and all of us can relate to how things can go down harshly in a herx....thank you from my heart for this apology but mostly just the validation. I am sure the efforts of both you and Cheryl will be brilliant and I very much appreciate having a choice and the respect that is being expressed to us all here....thanks again Thane.

Gratefully,
