Nattokinase is probably a good one. I was told there was a recent study that shows it not only breaks down the fibrin in the blood but actually thins it. You can experiment to see which is most helpful for you. Most of us are probably suffering from " sticky blood " whether we have underlying coagulation disorders or not.
