Just had to forward and share, today is the day we all come forth and

March.

On Thursday, February 26th I will March with my most respected

mentors, friends and family from the Bob Bullock Museum to the

Capitol. I will leave behind the shadows of , Bowie, Crockett,

Houston, Seguin, and many others as I walk away from the Bob Bullock

Museum. I will March forward with the new Texas Revolutionary Heroes

who many of which Roll when they March. February 26th is our Texas

Independence Day. It is past time to draw that line in the sand like

and say who will fight for Freedom?

I will March on Thursday.

I will March for the 10s of thousands who cannot March because they

choose to keep their children at home and not place them in an

institution and can't be there because they are caring for their child.

I will March for the thousands in nursing homes who can't get out.

I will March for my children, all of my children because when their

sister is not free, they are not free.

I will March for all of the Faces, Voices, Forgotten Lives that I met

in Corpus Christi, San Angelo, Denton, Lufkin, Lubbock and Brenham

state institutions who still come to me in my dreams begging to leave

and that I had to walk away from.

I will March for the precious 8 year old girl living at the Brenham

hell hole who held my hand.

I will March for all of the Teen Age Girls locked up in San Angelo

institution who all missed their Proms.

I will March for the Families who had to place their loved one in an

institution because there was nothing else.

I will March for the person forced into an institution because there

is nothing else.

I will March for the families torn apart by removal of a loved one

from their home and placed in an institution by a Judge that doesn't

have to have a law degree to be a Judge.

I will March for .

I will March for Haseeb, Farhat, Samir, Yushura, Yusef, and Saad

I will March for Rudy

I will March for Byron

I will March for the 88,000 on waiting lists

I will March to thank Ellis and Rose

I will March for Hope to change this broken system.

I will March to pray for forgiveness for the Leaderless Leaders of our

state agencies and some advocate groups who have become so far removed

from those they serve that they have given silent permission for the

horrors of institutions.

I will March for the 53 Murdered last year in institutions.

I will March for those thousands that we know were beaten and the

thousands more that were beaten that we don't know about in institutions.

I will March with people who I am forever connected through shared

experiences.

I will March to the Hallowed Ground of the Capitol to call for Freedom

for All Texans as my ancestors did almost 200 years ago.

I will March.
