I do believe that some muscle can recover faster than others: like slow twist (and maybe even muscles that use more an elastic element like Peroneus.) I think it is possible to do abs everyday. One might focus on inner abs and stabilization of core one day and on dynamic movements next day. Most important would be to listen to you body. It you get DOM you might need to skip a day or two. (Question would be what is the goal of the training?) Hannu Leinonen, Jyväskylä, Finland
