Guest guest
Early in my daughter's illness a nutritionist and two doctors told us that she had a candida infection, and that fermented foods were a no-no. Lately I've been giving her fermented food for the first time in several years--kefir that I make out of raw goat's milk. It seems to improve her digestion. Am I doing the wrong thing or the right thing? Opinions appreciated. Sue , Upstate New York
