Hi

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that responded to my

husband's post. We appreciate the help. Now he understands why I love

this group! My wonderful and caring pain specialist has taken care of

my meds. I'm still having really bad headaches, I'm sure it will get

better over the next few days..I didn't want to resort to the pain

meds. I'd rather have trigger points and nerve blocks every day, but

that wasn't an option, especially since it wasn't getting to

the " root " of my pain. I almost feel beaten by it

The worsening headaches came after TC surgery (4/07) I've been

getting relief from some symtpoms waist below. I know I still have

awhile before I know the " true " results, but I'm hopeful. I don't

even feel like I had surgery. I never had a surgery or an incision

that went so well...... but..

I'm also having some cardiac problems, and waiting to be " cleared "

by cardiology. I hope its nothing and refuse to stress myself over

it. My cardiologist gave me Toprol and baby aspirin to help after a

very detailed exam..I almost thought I was at TCI :^) ...a

specialist that listened, great bed-side manner, experienced and

detailed??!!! I'm scheduled for a nuclear stress test and

echocardiogram. I fell so awful, like I did before my first

decompression. I hope its one of those " things " that gets worse

before it gets better.

Honestly, I used to be too shy to post. After all the caring

and helpful responses, I feel at ease now. I'm thankful for all of

you! I can't sit at this computer any longer... its whoosh whoosh

whooshing noises... time to ice. I hope one day I can return the

help. Take care,
