Guest guest
Sue A lot of fatigue diseases in europe stemmed from the drinking of unpasteurised goats milk.I see it offered as a must do, or must have, the information is out there if anyone was willing to learn more about it's playing a major role with causing diseases.I also feel walter tarello may have touched on it with me. I do know a Barb from another forum who feels her ilness may have started from this route. The dehydration part of the ilness makes the ability to gain correct nutrition an impossable task- so I would focus on HYDRATING rather than chasing my tail.I think you'll agree that the most popular and succesfull protocol 'totally focusing on the hydration' is so important.I'm also sure that milk products would make a huge difference to any inflammation occuring in anyone's body. > > > > Early in my daughter's illness a nutritionist and two doctors told > us > > that she had a candida infection, and that fermented foods were a > > no-no. > > > > Lately I've been giving her fermented food for the first time in > > several years--kefir that I make out of raw goat's milk. Guest guest
> Am I doing the wrong thing or the right thing? Opinions appreciated. I have no earthly clue, but Ive been drinking gallons of kefir since I moved to Charlottesville in June. Very large amounts, a few liters a week. My kind is very sweet from alot of cane juice, so I dont think its in line with most candida theory at all (I dont know if its bad or neutral or what, but I consume abundant sugar by CFS standards, soda, you name it). My kefir contains fructooligosccharides (added, I beleive) and I think GIbson has an article speculating they (or something else that sounds like that) might be the cause of the Crohns epidemic. I havent read it and have zero opinion about it. Im sort of in a keep on keepin on mode. Ive had no rapid response to fluc this time so I am going to go back to doing tini + doxy + something. I'm also going to keep doing kefir, keep doing CSM (just a sachet every day or two is all I ever got up to), etc just because I dont know what contributes to the good results Ive been having.
