Up late tonight, thinking over this site and its members. We grow

and add new ones, seems like many are quiet and just reading.

I want to encourage people here to think over something that has been

discussed on the Hyperacusis Network boards: there is ome evidence

to suggest that 4S may be some unusual form of OCD Obsessive

Compulsive Disorder and could respond to medicines or drugs when

administered by highly competent and well trained psychiatrists who

really know about it.

I do want to be clear that many of you have been through quite a bit

of intervention and I am respectful of the challenge and effort that

required.

However, what I really want to say is, if you have not tried that

idea out, maybe you should consider going to the work to find a

decent OCD specialist (try to find psychiatrist) and inquiring.

So far with the poll, about 70 percent have said, no diagnosis with

OCD, but 22 percent have said, yes.

So I really do want to put this out there.
