What criteria will you use to establish their " potential " with and without the " system " ? Without knowing their injuries for the season, how will you " know " that you have " reduced " their pre-disposition for injuries? Without a crystal ball, or a huge group of samples and controls, I can't see how too much will be " verified " . You chose to post to this list and, therefore, have asked the membership to evaluate your program and provide feedback? Please return the favour for members who have spent time providing their feedback and evaluations on the list. There would be little value to the list if all members replied by stating please refer to my website, please refer to my book etc etc & it would be a quite boring.
