Hi , good to see you working with the athletes.

Could you " detail " just what you think this will verify? and how you think

it will be verified?

You say it will " verify that a system works " .

Without knowing the actual potential of the athlete before the

implementation, how will this be established?

You say " second is to maximize these athletes potential and reduce their

pre-disposition for injuries " .

Again how will you " know " that this system has " maximized potential " ? What

criteria will you use to establish their " potential " with and without the

" system " ?

Without knowing their injuries for the season, how will you " know " that you

have " reduced " their pre-disposition for injuries?

Without a crystal ball, or a huge group of samples and controls, I can't see

how too much will be " verified " .

Mr. Casler....

I will be making a post on the messages board of Spinal Fitness

Athletic Training that will speak in regard to that and other items

about criteria...

You can expect to see that within the week.

***Your intentions of posting information regarding your 8-week speed and

flexibility program seem somewhat questionable. You chose to post to this list

and, therefore, have asked the membership to evaluate your program and provide

feedback? Please return the favour for members who have spent time providing

their feedback and evaluations on the list.

There would be little value to the list if all members replied by stating please

refer to my website, please refer to my book etc etc & it would be a quite

boring.

Thanks
