Guest guest Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 I've seen from many resources a diet described to help boost fat burning while maintaining lean muscle mass. This diet recommends among other things to include dairy and yogurt each day. My question is this, all commercial yogurt that I know of is the fruit blend stuff that has sugar, corn syrup and sweet fruit preserves. So is this still OK on a low-sugar low-carb high-protein diet like this? Or should I be eating the plain yogurt without the fruit on the bottom?
