Guest guest
To all, Over the course of the last couple of days there has been much discussion, and speculation as to billing procedures at TCI. In particular policy in regards to a new patient visit seems to have gained the most attention. A new patient upon their intial visit to TCI is required to pay a one time charge of 550.00, toward the out of network neurological portion of their visit. This is the ONLY charge associated with the visit; this is not as some have termed it a deposit. Depending on the individual insurance coverage of the patient this may be a reimbursable event. If you have out of network benefits we will provide you with a documentad bill for submittal to your carrier. You may be reimbursed according to the guidelines of your plan. The rest of the visit is billed directly to your insurance by the staff at TCI. This is not an unusual practice as many offices use the same procedure. As anyone who has been to TCI can testify there is never a time restraint with a visit to Dr.Bolognese; one to two hours spent with Dr.B is as they say " priceless " , this a man who gives tirelessly of himself day after day on behalf of the well being of his patients. I hope this begins the process of clearing up the confusion in this matter, if there are any lingering questions please contact myself, rroberti@...,, or Mr.Ed Randazzo, our billing coordinator, erandazzo@..., . Please contact us directly in the future to avoid misinformation and needless worry, and speculation.
