Question about med records

Ok I just received my Little Angel Boo's med records and I have a few

questions.First off, our last visit to her old NSG did not go to well.

We told him about all the severe headaches and all the pain she has

been having, not to mention the accidents with wetting her pants. Well

he had told us that it was psychological. I just received her most

recent MRI report, it said it was normal EXCEPT this, " approximately

1cm focus of increased T2/Flair signal intensity within the right

cerebellar hemishpere which may be gliosis related to Chiari

Malformation " . OK if anyone can break this down for me I would be ever

so greatful. Also, could this be related to all her pain and wetting
